MIXO™ -poly polymer dissolving unit

The MIXO™ polymer dissolving units are completely ready-designed, module structured, and easily tailored to meet the customer's needs. The "soul" of the unit is the ejector mixer that we developed ourselves - it is reliable, maintenance-free and guarantees a high-quality polymer solution.

The MIXO™ polymer dissolving units are well suited for many different applications and branches of industry. The reliability of the system and the high-quality mixing process ensure that the system is especially well suited to be used in paper machine retention agent dissolving and dosing. Other ideal applications include the dissolving and dosing of the chemical coagulant used by the mining industry in thickeners/concentrators or the dissolving and dosing of water treatment chemicals.

Our systems are made from stainless or acid-proof steel. The advantages offered by these materials include corrosion resistance and strength.

The MIXO™ polymer dissolving system includes the following parts:

powder storage and dosing
powder dissolving
solution storage and dosing

The system's electrical engineering and electrification are also done in our own workshop. The system is controlled through a Siemens S7 logic and if necessary connected to the site control system via e.g Profibus or Ethernet connection or the system can also be connected to the customer's own control system.

The MIXO™ polymer dissolving units are delivered to the customer as complete, tested systems. The customer can also familiarize themselves with the system at our workshop, where we can also provide system operation training.

The modular design and manufacturing structure makes transportation into the customer's facilities simpler, because the modules can easily be packed into e.g. a container. Assembly in the customer's facilities is also easy and simple.

We also design and manufacture tailor-made systems to meet our customers' needs and capacity requirements.
